Welcome to the Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists (LNWC) web site. We are a chapter of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation (NCWF) - a community based organization established for the purposes of environmental education, appreciation of wildlife and natural history, and conservation of wildlife habitat and natural resources.

VISION STATEMENT

“The Vision of the Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists is to protect and enhance the natural resources and wildlife habitats of the greater Lake Norman area, for all to enjoy.”

NEW LAKE WIDE PROJECT

Our next free educational program will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the Mooresville Public Library starting at 7:00 PM. The title of this program is "Snakes Alive".
